Can I just buy property data for leads in my ideal ZIP codes?

No, at this time we only run Property+ against the full list of Probate Leads for an entire county. While you can choose to exclude leads based on the decedent’s last known address, keep in mind that this address doesn’t always reflect where their actual properties are located. 

For example, someone may have lived in one ZIP code but owned property in another — including one you do want. So filtering by mailing ZIP could unintentionally cause you to miss valuable leads in your target area.
