Can I send multi-touch campaigns to the same leads?
Yes, campaigns can (and should!) include multiple touches over time using different letters, postcards, envelopes, etc. Consistency is key when it comes to direct mail campaigns. Success in this space is built on repetition and frequency because that’s what creates familiarity and trust. Your goal is to stay “top of mind” so that when the prospect is finally ready to take action, you're the first person they think of.
