# Can I use Property+ if I’m not an All The Leads subscriber?

No—Property+ only works with **All The Leads Probate Leads**. Why? Because it’s designed to match and enhance the high-quality leads we research and provide. Using incomplete or inaccurate data from other providers wouldn’t allow our system to accurately append property details. If you want to use Property+, your first step is to become a Probate Lead subscriber.  
 
(**Note: **While Property+ is only applicable to Probate Leads right now, our other lead types *do* already include property information when available.)
