Articles on: Probate Leads FAQ

Do all probate leads involve a property?

No, not every probate case includes real estate that's immediately visible in public records. However, many of our clients still find value in reaching out to every personal representative (PR) because:

  • The PR may have inherited money and is now looking to upgrade or relocate.
  • The estate may include property titled through a trust or LLC and not initially listed on the probate docket.
  • The family may still need assistance with clean-out services, estate sales, or connecting with other professionals you can refer.

If you want to maximize the real estate potential of each lead, we offer an optional Property+ add-on, which enhances your leads with deep property data—including ownership records, mortgage info, equity estimates, and more. This upgrade can help you identify high-value opportunities quickly and can increase the ROI of your outreach efforts.
