# Do probate leads include real estate information?

For an additional fee, you can add-on Property+ to your probate leads to receive data on the properties found to be associated with the estate, total estimated equity, total non-MLS properties and total out of market properties. When available, we give detailed property info like address, additional owners, size, etc.
