How are your probate leads sourced?

All The Leads employs a dedicated team of researchers across the country who physically collect probate data directly from county courthouses. They are real, official court records obtained by our professionals who specialize in navigating local filing systems. 

Once collected, the data is run through a multi-step verification and enrichment process. This includes appending and validating case information, skip-tracing to locate accurate contact details (including phone numbers and emails for the PR), running against the DNC database, USPS address validation, appending with optional property data (Property+), and attorney data we can find to add further value. Every batch is quality-checked by our internal data team before being released to ensure reliability and usability. 

This hands-on, human-driven approach allows us to provide some of the most accurate and actionable probate leads available, giving our clients a significant advantage when reaching out to personal representatives and attorneys.
