Should I focus on one lead type or work several?

If you’re just starting out, focus on one lead type, learn it, master it, and build your systems. Once your confidence and capacity grow, branch out! Most agents who want to work multiple lead types will begin to branch out after a few months. Many top performers work two to three lead types at once to keep their pipeline full and diversify their opportunities. 


Of course, one of the most important things when it comes to being successful juggling multiple pipelines is marketing automation! Set up a strong, repeatable campaign and follow-up plan and stick to it. Luckily, we can help with all of that!
