# What information comes with each lead (property, mortgage data, owner contacts)?

**Each lead includes: **

Homeowner's name  
Homeowner’s contact information – address, phone number, email 
Property address and details 
Loan amount and loan-to-value ratio 
Estimated market value 
Delinquency stage: How many days the mortgage is late (60/90/120 days)  
Multi-step Address Validation & CASS Certification 
* **Standardize** – Formats and abbreviates the address to USPS standards. 
* **Parse** – Breaks the address into components (street, city, ZIP, etc.) 
* **Verify** – Confirms the address exists in the USPS database. 
Phone numbers ran against the Do Not Call (DNC) database
