When will I get my leads and when will I be billed?

We always bill in advance for the next month’s lead collection. Here’s how it typically works:  

• Scenario A: If your county is already active and the next delivery is in <2 weeks, you’ll be billed now, get your first leads soon, then be billed again at your next delivery. If the first delivery happens within the first 10 days of initial payment the 2nd payment gets pushed out 10 days so they aren't charged back to back within one week. 
• Scenario B: If your county is active but the next delivery is >2 weeks away, you can purchase discounted historical data now or wait. Billing happens at order, then again when fresh leads are delivered. 
• Scenario C: If your county is brand new, we start research after your initial payment. It may take up to 30 days to deliver your first leads, but you won’t be billed again until they’re ready. 

Note: After your first order, you’re only billed when new leads are delivered, usually every 30 days. A handful of counties we deliver semi-monthly, delivered usually every 15 days. Your sales representative will let you know during purchase if your county is delivered monthly or semi-monthly.
