Which lead types work best for agents vs. investors?
There’s no one-size-fits-all, but here’s a general breakdown:
- Agents tend to thrive with Probate, Divorce, and Aged Expired leads, especially when they lead with empathy and guidance.
- Investors often see great success with Pre-Probate and Late Mortgage leads, where timing and creative solutions matter most.
That said, there’s plenty of crossover, and we have users from both sides working all lead types successfully.
