# Which lead types work best for agents vs. investors?

There’s no one-size-fits-all, but here’s a general breakdown: 
* **Agents** tend to thrive with **Probate**, **Divorce**, and **Aged Expired** leads, especially when they lead with empathy and guidance. 
* **Investors** often see great success with **Pre-Probate** and **Late Mortgage** leads, where timing and creative solutions matter most. 
That said, there’s plenty of crossover, and we have users from both sides working all lead types successfully.
