We always bill in advance for the next month’s lead collection. Here’s how it typically works: Scenario A: If your county is already active and the next delivery is in <2 weeks, you’ll be billed now, get your first leads soon, then be billed again at your next delivery. If the first delivery happens within the first 10 days of initial payment the 2nd payment gets pushed out 10 days so they aren't charged back to back within one week. You can request to cancel any of your products or services at any time by contacting our support team in writing at support@alltheleads.com. Some subscription products may also include a cancel option within the All The Leads Subscriber Portal under Account & Support Manage Account Subscriptions & Services page, depending on how you originally signed up. Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contract. That said, we do ask new subscribers to commit to at least two months. This gives you time to engage with the leads, get comfortable with the tools, and start seeing results. It also helps us keep things running smoothly on our end. You're welcome to prepay multiple months if you prefer, and sometimes discounts may be available for pre-paid months. Once you activate a subscription, we will assign you a Marketing Implementations Strategist, and they’ll reach out to guide you from there! Nope! Just the monthly subscription cost. No additional first-month fees are charged. For the various marketing services we offer, such as direct mail, a website or any of the design work, there are additional costs involved but those are paid separately as you go!Few readersWhen will I receive my first leads?
We typically deliver your first batch within two weeks of your signup. Then, you’ll receive new leads every 30 days for monthly delivered counties, or 15 days for select semi-monthly delivered counties.
