  • Can I add Property+ to other lead types?
    Property+ is only applicable to add-on to Probate Leads right now for an additional cost, but our other lead types do already include property information when available.Few readers

  • I only want deals in my market—why check every U.S. county?
    Two words: referral revenue. Property+ finds out-of-market real estate you can refer the lead to a trusted agent or investor and earn a referral fee—sometimes more than you'd make on a local deal. Think of it as turning extra data into extra income.Few readers
  • Can I just buy property data for leads in my ideal ZIP codes?
    No, at this time we only run Property+ against the full list of Probate Leads for an entire county. While you can choose to exclude leads based on the decedent’s last known address, keep in mind that this address doesn’t always reflect where their actual properties are located.    For example, someone may have lived in one ZIP code but owned property in another — including one you do want. So filtering by mailing ZIP could unintentionally cause you to miss valuable leads in your target area.Few readers
  • Can I use Property+ if I’m not an All The Leads subscriber?
    No—Property+ only works with All The Leads Probate Leads. Why? Because it’s designed to match and enhance the high-quality leads we research and provide. Using incomplete or inaccurate data from other providers wouldn’t allow our system to accurately append property details. If you want to use Property+, your first step is to become a Probate Lead subscriber.     (Note: While Property+ is only applicable to Probate Leads right now, our other lead types do already include property iFew readers
  • How is this different from scrubbing leads using my local MLS or tax records?
    Scrubbing locally? You’re limited to one county and one MLS. Property+ matches leads to real estate in any U.S. county using national tax and MLS data. To replicate our results manually, you'd need access to $1M+ in data systems.Few readers
  • What additional data do I get with Property+?
    With Property+, you’ll unlock valuable insights that help you focus your time and budget where it matters most. You’ll see:  The number of properties associated with the lead  Property information & addresses  Estimated property values  Estimated total equity across those properties  A count of non-MLS properties  A count of out-of-market propertiesFew readers
  • What do I do with leads that don’t have real estate?
    Don’t ignore them! Many of our most successful users still call every lead—because even without real estate, these folks may:   Be planning to sell their own home with inheritance funds  Need to upsize, downsize, or know someone who may be in a similar situation  Need help from a trusted professional (that’s you!)  Become buyers, lenders, or referral sources    You’d be surprised how many deals start with just offering to help!Few readers
  • Can I buy Property+ for my older leads?
    Yes! You can apply Property+ to both new and older lead files—even if you haven’t fully worked or followed up on them.  If the file has never had Property+ before, we’ll run it fresh.  If the file has already been through Property+ once, we’ll only add property data for leads that didn’t return any property the first time. We won’t replace or re-run leads that already had property appended.  It’s a great way to revive older leads and uncover hidden real estate opportunities that might haFew readers
